Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin about 3 slices
- 1 piece of raw egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each loin in the egg mixture then dredge in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
- Fry in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side or until colour turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with atchara.
