 MILO ICE CANDY

Ingredients 

  • milo-ice-candy-recipe
    4 C Water
  • 1/2 C + 2 tbsp White Sugar, adjust to taste
  • 1 C Milo Powder
  • 1/2 C Powdered Milk
  • 1/2 C Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

 SOFT MONGGO ICE CANDY

Ingredients

    1/2 C Uncooked Mung Beans + 4 1/2 C Water
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 C + 1/4 C White Sugar
  • 1/4 C Powdered Milk
  • 1 C Water

For business purposes, just adjust the measurements.
 

MANGO ICE CANDY


Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes ( It's important to have ripe ones and sweet)
  • 1/3 C Water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 C Condensed Milk ( Adjust according to your taste)
  • 2 pinches of Salt

BUKO AND MANGO ICE CANDY

Ingredients 

Buko Ice Candy

  • 1 C Buko Meat
  • 3/4 C Whole Milk
  • 1 3/4 C Water
  • 1/4 C Peanut (crushed)
  • 1/4 White Sugar
  • 1/4 Condensed Milk
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Buko and Mango Ice Candy

  • 3/4 C Water
  • 1 medium-sized Mango (ripe)
  • 1 C Whole Milk
  • 1/2 C Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 C White Sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 C Coconut Meat
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

 

MANGO FLOAT ICE CANDY 


  1. 2 Mango
    MANGO-FLOAT-ICE-CANDY
  2. 3 C Water
  3. 1 can Evaporated Milk
  4. 1/4 C Condensed Milk
  5. 1/2 C All-purpose cream or Crema (Table cream)
  6. 1/4 C White Sugar + 2 tbsp (adjust to your taste)
  7. 1/4 C Graham (crushed)

How To Make  Mango Graham Ice Cream At Home

Ingredients:



  • 1 1/2 cup grahams
  • 1 large sweet mango, diced
  • 2 all purpose cream or 500 ml of whipping cream
  • 1 big can evaporated milk (filled milk)
  • 1 big can condensed milk (mango)
  • ice



Instruction:



  1. place the beaters inside the freezer
  2. crack grahams (do not crush)
  3. place all purpose cream inside the freezer for 2 hours or overnight inside the chiller and place the milk inside the freezer for 1 hour or overnight inside the chiller
  4. combine the evap and condensed milk; mix well
  5. set up: get a big basin add ice and place your big mixing bowl or caserole over the ice and surround the side with ice too
  6. beat all purpose cream in high speed for 8-10 minutes
  7. add milk mixture gradually and beat for another 5 minutes in high speed
  8. Fold in grahams and do not forget to save some for garnish
  9. Fold in mangoes and do not forget to save some for garnish
  10. for business: use salad cups
  11. for home consumption: use the old ice cream container
  12. Place it inside the freezer overnight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup durian meat
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2/3 cup Angel Evaporada
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Separate the durian meat from seeds and crush using fork.
  2. Heat water in deep pot and dissolve sugar and salt.
  3. Add the durian and stir. Let boil.
  4. Stir to prevent overflowing. Simmer for 10 minutes or until durian is thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Combine Angel Evaporada and cornstarch. Stir until cornstarch is fully mixed in.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture in the pot, stirring as you pour. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes. Then simmer for 3 more minutes. Turn off the heat then cool.
  7. Pour the mixture in ice candy wrappers with the help of a funnel. Place ice candy in the freezer and use the highest cold setting to achieve a very smooth consistency.
  8. Serve frozen and enjoy!
