Ingredients are:
- 500 g frog legs (paa ng palaka)
 - 1 large onion chopped
 - 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
 - 1 big tomato, chopped
 - 1 thumb-sized of ginger, sliced in julienne
 - 30 ml of water
 - 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
 - 3 tbsp cooking oil
 - 1 tbsp malt vinegar ( use rice vinegar or cane vinegar)
 - 2 fresh red chili peppers ( sili ) optional
 - pinch ground black pepper
