Ingredients
- 3kg of pork belly
- black pepper
- salt
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 3 bunch spring onion
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil + 3 tbsp soy sauce
The secret is making a pork skin crispy is making sure it is dry and refrigerating it overnight
