CHEESECAKE FLAN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Caramel Syrup:
- 2/3 cup White Sugar
- 5 tbsp Water
Cream cheese mixture:
- 8 oz (226 grams) Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Flan:
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 2/3 cup Condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
